Seller & buyer terms

1. The service

MyLessonKit is a marketplace where creators design printable resources and sell them to buyers. We provide the design studio, storefronts, checkout and delivery. Creators are the sellers of record for their products.

2. Accounts

You need an account to sell or buy. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to sell.

3. Selling

You set your prices. Selling requires an active plan on that store (Starter $29 once or Pro $69 a year). One plan activates one store; a second store needs its own activation. On each sale, MyLessonKit credits your plan's share to your balance (50% on Starter, 80% on Pro) and keeps the rest. There are no store or listing fees beyond the plan. If your plan lapses, your store is paused: products stay saved but cannot be bought until you activate it again.

4. Store activation fees are not refundable

The fee you pay to activate a store is final and is not refunded — not if you change your mind, not if you stop selling, and not if your account is closed for breaking these terms. It is deliberately a one-off charge rather than a commission on nothing: it keeps demand manageable and stops one person opening store after store to spam the marketplace. You are paying for the store to be opened, which happens the moment you pay. Buying AI credits is also final once the credits are added to your balance.

5. What you upload

You may only list work you created or hold a commercial licence to — and that covers everything inside it, including fonts, clip art, photographs and worksheets made by other people. When you import a file you tick a box confirming exactly that, and we keep a record of when you did.

We may ask you to prove those rights at any time, with receipts, licences or working files. If you cannot, or if the work turns out to be someone else's, we will take the listing down. Repeat cases, or a store built on other people's work, mean the account is closed: you are signed out, the stores are paused, every listing comes down, unpaid balance may be withheld to cover refunds and claims, and the activation fee is not returned. Work you made in our studio is yours, and this section is not about it.

6. Buying

Purchases are digital and delivered instantly. Because files cannot be returned, refunds are handled case by case: request one from your purchases page within 14 days and we will review it with the creator.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Whop). By paying you also agree to their terms. Creator payouts follow the payout policy.

8. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews or accounts that abuse other users, spam, or break these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email.
